Rustic Fig Jam with Cheese & Proscuitto
This recipe combines all my Istrian family’s favourites: Rustic Fig Jam, Cheese, Prosciutto (I have a family member that runs a prosciutto festival in Croatia) on a piece of rosemary and basil flat bread. It’s my take on a ploughman’s lunch. Perfect bite.
